Hi, I'm Lizi! As a parent, I struggled to find children's clothes that were soft, durable and free from the usual
"pink vs blue" stereotypes!
So I started designing my own playful animal-inspired clothing, free from gender stereotypes, that let's children explore, climb and imagine freely.
Every piece is handmade in my Salisbury Studio with comfort, sustainability and individuality at heart!

What sizes do you offer?
My Little Flamingo clothing is designed for babies, toddlers and children from 0-8 years. Individual product listings include age ranges catered for and detailed sizing information to help you choose the best fit. There is a separate sizing page which explains how to best measure your child for my handmade clothing.
Are your designs gender-neutral?
Yes!!! My Little Flamingo clothing is designed to be inclusive and free from traditional theme, colour and style stereotypes. The animal designs are created so any child can enjoy wearing them.
Are your fabrics sustainably sourced?
Where possible, fabrics such as 100% cotton and organic cottons are used, and garments are made in small batches. This slow-fashion approach reduces waste and focuses on creating long-lasting clothing rather than mass-produced items.
Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Comfort is very important when designing each piece, so soft, high-quality fabrics such as 100% needlecord & organic cotton jersey are used wherever possible. These fabrics are gentle on delicate skin while still being durable enough for everyday wear!
Are your clothes made to last?
Absolutely! Each piece is handmade with strong seams and quality fabrics so it can handle climbing, crawling, exploring and everything else that comes with childhood.
How should I wash them?
To keep your handmade clothing looking at its best, machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C (turn inside out and undo all the poppers), avoid tumble drying and iron inside out on a low/medium heat setting. This helps preserve the fabric, stitching and the overall shape of the garment.
Do you restock all your designs?
All my animal pinafore dresses and dungarees are available all year round. Some exclusive fabric designs may return, but because everything is printed and then handmade in small batches, availability can be limited. If you see something you love, it's often best to grab it while it's available.
