All sizes are standard sizing based on average child measurements. Handmade clothing does have a tendency to come up small but this really does depend on the child you are buying for. All the sizing charts can be found in the photos section in each listing. There is also a page in the main menu specifically dedicated to sizing - please read this to find out how best to measure your child. I also offer a tailor-made service if your child needs more/less length/width - please drop me a message to discuss this before ordering and I can recommend the most appropriate sizing. All orders are gift wrapped as standard in tissue paper fastened with a branded business sticker. All gift sets are packaged in a white cardboard gift box (with sprinkles and white tissue paper inside) decorated on the outside with green dots. If your item is a gift and you would like it sent directly to the recipient please leave me a customer note when ordering - I can send a personalised note with your order with a message of your choice and a gift receipt.

All animal pinafore dresses and dungarees have a processing time (before posting) of up to 2 weeks and all my pre-order exclusive print garments have a processing time of 6 weeks (before posting). Garments that are ready made have a processing time of 1-3 working days before posting. All listings will detail what processing times are expected for each item. When ordering ready made and made to order items together, please allow for the longest processing time. If you haven't received your order within 7 working days of receiving your postage confirmation email then please do get in contact so that your order can be tracked.

Standard postage is Royal Mail Tracked 48 (approx. 2-3 days): - Up to £75 = £3.55 (tracked) - Over £75 = FREE (tracked) You can upgrade to a Royal Mail Tracked 24 (approx. 1-2 days): - Up to £150 = £4.45 (tracked) - Over £150 = £13.45 (tracked) Local customers to Salisbury also have the option of FREE COLLECTION.

Yes, all my garments are machine washable at 30 degrees. I always recommend turning each garment inside and undoing any poppers to protect the fabric and stitching. Always air dry each item as using a tumble drier can increase the risk of shrinkage and always iron inside out on a low-medium heat iron.
