Standard shipping - royal mail tracked 48:
£3.45 (free with orders over £75)
Upgrade shipping - royal mail tracked 24:
£4.30 (Orders up to £150)
£13.45 (orders over £150)
free Local collection - for salisbury based customers only (please message me to arrange a convenient time)
All parcels are sent in a waterproof mailing bag.
made to order items have a standard processing time of up to 3 weeks (before posting). You'll receive email confirmation when your order is ready to post.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I am more than happy to offer refunds and returns providing:
1. items are returned 14 days after receiving your order to receive a full refund (items that have been worn and/or washed will not be accepted)
2. items that were ordered in the wrong size have only been tried on once (not worn or washed) and are returned with all original labels still attached - i will happily exchange for another size but please bare in mind that all made to order items are subject to a 3 week processing time before posting.
Please note - no refunds or exchanges are accepted on custom orders (unless the item arrives faulty/damaged - evidence will need to be provided and the item(s) will need to be returned within 14 days.
customers are responsible for all return postage costs. it is advised that a proof of postage is obtained.
