If a complaint is being made on behalf of someone else you must be officially authorised to do so for me to be able to process your request. Your complaint will be acknowledged and processed with an explained outcome within 30 days via email communication (you should expect to receive regular updates on the progress of the investigation). Please be aware that all complaints will be dealt with in compliance to the guidance set out by the ico
